Break any habit down to the first two minutes and do just those 2 minutes to start. The most important habit you want to build is the habit of spending time dedicated to the habit. The results don’t matter–showing up to the habit matters. After you build the habit of showing up and doing something for 2 minutes, you can expand that to 3 minutes, 4 minutes, more complicated work, etc.
To make getting started easier, think of what a 2 minute version of your goal would look like and start with that.
